About the role

...looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join as Socket's first dedicated support hire in EMEA. You'll be the go-to person for developers and security teams across Zendesk, Slack, and Discord, working to resolve the majority of issues independently.

Own technical support engineer work end-to-end, from first task to delivery
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teammates
Raise the bar on quality, performance and best practices
Share what you learn and help the team grow

What we're looking for

Mid-level experience in a similar Node js developer role
A track record of relevant, real-world work
Clear communication in a collaborative team
Ownership, curiosity and a sharp eye for detail
